The NYBA 18th Annual Meeting, held April 20-21 at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel, drew more than 600 attendees, making it one of NYBA's largest Annual Meetings. With a focus on partnerships between big pharma and biotech, the conference included a broad range of topics, including finding financ ing in tough financial times.
A keynote address by Hon. Billy Tauzin, CEO of PhRMA, was a highlight of Day 1, as was the evening's Gala Reception. Day 2 featured a Luncheon Plenary with senior licensing executives from Pfizer, Merck and Takeda discussing how they work with small companies to create opportunities.
